They must have some riveting topics for videos like “I don’t have a specific problem with them, I just don’t like that they exist and they should go away.” and “Actually everything is fine, the kids these days are just lazy.” and “I think it’s time that the left started being serious about reaching across the aisle to the right.”

I knew this guy sounded familiar, he was dunked so much for his take on socialism that he wrote this ”I’m not owned” tier thing on his Substack. https://nicktyrone.substack.com/p/explaining-the-dumbest-political

This is an incredibly common idea amongst the chuds but that’s why Marx made it chapter 1 lol. Just drop a link to Capital with a smug comment and it shuts them down

I love his accusation of “weaseling out” as soon as someone actually tries to explain the theory to him. Really is living up to the centrist ideal of “Only I know anything and everyone else is stupid so I don’t even need to learn about why they disagree with me or consider that I could be wrong about something.”

Marx knew what he was doing when he put the mud pie argument in Chapter 1, Paragraph 2 of Capital. It really is one of the most common complaints against the labour theory of value, and is still the go-to amongst CHUDs.

What even is the argument of “it’s just not pragmatic to be anti-israel as a leftist” guys anymore?

People who legitimately think that the political midpoint between two or more capitalist parties represents the average person’s unshakeable desires

“I’m the center of the universe and people pointing out genocide is bad hurts my feelings. So the pragmatic choice is to stop doing that so I don’t need to feel bad.”

Being pro-genocide is a dead end.

Because you will be killed, and the world will be a better place for it.
