Im not really sure of the morality of eating honey, aren’t the enclosures ok for the bees and they leave if they don’t like it? If they’re messed up I’m open to learning about that. Regardless, I don’t eat honey bcs I’m getting my sugar consumption down, I’m trying to minimise risks of tooth decay and I’m scared stiff of losing my slim figure.

regarding protein im a big tofu lover and a big bean lover , like at first tofu’s a bit alienating bcs it doesn’t really exist in the western diet so it takes a while to get used to it and know how to cook it (anecdotally one of my flat mates at uni was a vegetarian body builder plus rugby player who was insanely jacked, and his argument was always “what do you think the cows are eating to get their protein?”, like most body builders i’ve known he took protein powder along with a very bean heavy diet). Regarding B12 i eat marmite on toast with my morning coffee every day and i take a supplement just in case.
