Ok so they’re going to do the whole “we tried to be reasonable, we tried to de-escalate” routine first and then they’re going to escalate to mass crackdowns and violent military occupation to enforce a stop the protests.
This is portfolio building for a plan that’s already in place. The plan is to make the protests look bad when it escalates despite their attempts at being “reasonable” and “nice”.
If actual protestors won’t escalate they’ll use their own double agents among the protestors.
This feels like the first frame of a “how it started vs how it’s going” that’s going to do huge numbers in about a week.
