Fill a mannequin with tannerite and screws and put it near your front door. Stick a gun in it's hand or a good looking airsoft gun. Dress it up so it isn't obviously a mannequin.
I got it and I was really excited to play it but I'm not sure if my microphone is working? It kinda led to me running around yelling "CAN YOU HEAR ME?! CAAAAN YOU HEAR ME? I'm not sure about my microphone let me see.... CAN YOU HEAR WHAT I'M SAYING?!" Constantly while people stared then I'd aggro the strongest arc I saw and die so I could go back to the settings and try something else...
Also I don't have very many friends who play that kind of game so...
Isn't that like almost exactly how USA got involved in the Vietnam war? They parked a ship just in provocation range then bombed the ever living hell out of the general area when they tried to defend themselves?
Without spoilers, the books are kinda written like GoT where they change perspective a lot and in the books she had kinda just seen like 9/11 x 30 and then a little first hand and her best friend react to it in a very unexpected way and say he wanted more... They turned her PTSD into teen drama and when it wasn't wildly decried the teen drama eventually took over everything.
They really do the books pretty well up to that actual point though. And the events that happen do lead up to the main story points for the most part
