Sure, but our playlists are gonna look completely different.
Stretching, and if you have 15-20 minutes, just taking a walk. It only takes 20 minutes of activity for your brain to release the happy brain chemicals.
Getting a dog FORCES you to be so much more active than you normally would. Love that my fluffer nutter gets me active.

Also I definitely second lifting, endurance training as well for me. I guess probably moving your body in general helps.
That’s a helluva thing to lay on a child. Expecting them to be the savior of all the broken and the damned; to defeat the demons, all the non-believers, and all the plans that they have made. I’d have a panic attack if my dad told me that shit.
Indeed I think this is somewhat addressed in the song from memory.
Why do the beaten not deserve to be saved?
Listening to my mixes from the 2000s is like hitting a casino. Handful of bangers swimming in pure dogshit.
They would have been CDs but fuck yes, I have the equivalent in streaming playlists now. Golden era of trance in my opinion. Always puts me in a good mood.
2000s has a lot of pro-mental-health, pro-self-care kind of music. It’s great and the blend of sounds at play are lovely and nostalgic. So yes, I too do this from time to time. Reminds me of childhood.

Go walk up a steep hill. For 2 hours every day.
Not necessarily from the 2000’s (but also including it), music really helps me. I’m sure it’s a bit of AuDHD of me, but I love to do listen to it at night and in the dark. It really allows me to sort of melt away from the rest of the world for a little while.
Ska and Nu Metal can only get me so far
Maybe a side of Beck’s ideals?
One thing…
I don’t know why
Picking up after myself. It keeps messes from piling up which keeps me from ignoring it until my living space becomes filthy.
Music has always been my go-o. Be it chill stuff, or (more often) metal of some variety
That being said, I’ve been grooving on power washing simulator the last few weeks, and I’m amazed how much it enhances my own chill factor.
Lift, resistance training is my happy time. Yes i do lift with intensity, it’s not miserable. On the contrary, it’s quite enjoyable experience.
My old 2000s playlist is the bulk of what I still listen to daily. Finding current music I like is way harder than it was back then.
Currently listening to Demon Days, sometimes you just need to pick an album and try to experience the whole thing
