  • If you want to work your way up to running, I recommend the "Couch to 5k" program. It's an exercise program designed for beginners with zero experience:

    So basically, on the first day you run for 60 seconds, then walk for 90 seconds. Repeat that cycle 8 times. You can adjust the amount according to your needs but the basic idea is to gradually increase the amount of running and decrease the amount of walking.

    There are a lot of free apps and podcasts using this program in which somebody tells you when to run and when to walk. It's easy and fun, I highly recommend it

  • This week I did some reading on 5 days and practiced meditation on 4 days. The book gave me the idea to buy spinach powder so that I can boost my intake of leafy greens every day.

    The weather should be a bit warmer next week so I want to go running at least on one day but ideally more

  • This week I practiced meditation on 5 days in a row and did some reading on 5 days. That's the goal and ideally I would like to do it every week. I also went running on 1 day when the weather was permitting

  • This week I set up a bunch of reminders in my calendar app.

    I get a notification every day at certain times. For example, you can make a reminder every day at 9am that says "Go for a walk" or "I am a work in progress".

    It's an easy way to stay focused on your goals and remind yourself of your intention.

    The sound of the notification is a mindfulness bell so it's relaxing as well. Easiest life hack ever
