Project Epoch - a free, private WoW classic+ server with very low population. It's a lot slower than retail which I haven't played in over a decade, and I am enjoying it immensely.
Did one trail run and a few bike rides, will do 3rd phys. ther. session today, no chess or language training this week. Next week exercise will increase and might start reading Journey to the West.
Trying to start running more than once or twice a week again. I'm not signed up for any events which makes it harder for me to motivate. Reading is going well, right now I'm a third into Enshittification, which is good, but at least so far he's missing the layup to explicitly call out capitalism for its evils.
