Fake petition is good. You can also just use a fake name and introduce yourself with it to people and make a list. Introduce yourself with a full fake first and last name so they’re more likely to give a full name. Then you just find em on Facebook, theyre absolutely on Facebook. There may be something you can do with that info, but most likely not. Pretty much anything you can use someone’s personal info for is crimes, I guess with a email or phone number you could get them on a lot of spam lists by subscribing to a bunch of company newsletters and shit but that isnt really doing much either.

Private investigators often subscribe to various tools that give them access to license plate owners. I think Lexusnexis is one. So like you basically gotta find cool friends, hack something, or get your own certifications. Noting of course that those searches are recorded. But as someone said pretending to have a reason for these sorts of folks to give you their names and addresses, whether for a petition, a mailing list or to buy something is easier and leaves less paper work. Of course, there will be cameras around and tbh you can probably find these assholes in a Facebook group or something.
