For any libs that might be reading this comment (basically all of you) consider this:

It took Israel 2 years of open warfare, mass bombing and artillery, and indiscriminate killing to reach 40k in Gaza. Yet we are claiming that 30,000 100,000 Iranians were killed in like 1 week of protests. Only a fool would believe such a thing.

EDIT: This is a higher casualty rate than either side suffered in the Battle of the Bulge, the last major offensive by the Germans in WW2, complete open warfare between two sides with amassed infantry units WHICH LASTED AN ENTIRE MONTH.

China has sent Iran the mass-resurrection-so-we-can-genocide-them-again device, which was built by Stalin himself in a fit of mustache-twirling bloodlust. The Soviet Union had lent it to China in 1989 and then promptly ceased to exist before it could be returned.

It’s too late now. The Iranians can bring everyone back whenever the media is looking, then re-genocide them when we look away, over and over again, forever.

Other folks in the thread have already contextualized this, I’ll just add since I’ve been seeing it recently: the Iranian government is putting the all-in death toll of protesters, civilians caught in the crossfire, and security forces at 2.1k 3.1k, and Western backed NGOs cite 7,000 dead. The higher numbers than this are pulled straight from the ether, and we know by the US government’s own words that Israel and the US were bragging about fomenting uprising through Mossad assets, funneling arms into the country, and counting on protesters being slaughtered to give a moral justification for invasion. Cynical throwing away of human life at every level by the US-Israeli alliance, same as it ever was.

Edit: No one is going to see this late edit but I think I’ve heard Iran is counting 3,117.

The 30,000 number came from an indian fashion blogger and amnesty along with human rights watch ran with it.

Or like that old man a few years ago who was shoved backwards for no reason and cracked his fucking head on the pavement and cops did nothing to help, fuck it was bloody. Never heard of consequences for the cop

They always do this, the numbers always get bigger and bigger. I wonder why they do that? Is it just to obfuscate the actual numbers involved, these big numbers that keep getting bigger are just there as a placeholder for “whatever number crosses your personal moral event horizon” sort of thing?

They realize that the people they’re reporting to are desensitized and largely incapable of empathy, so the number has to be inflated in order to elicit any emotional reaction at all

I wonder if the numbers become meaningless because they are literally meaningless, since they’re fake numbers.

Real numbers have real names and real stories attached to them, which atrocity propaganda can never replicate.

Which in turn is probably why their atrocity propaganda needs to rely on Yeonmi Park types and “anonymous sources” so they can have both the sad personal story and the big scary number at the same time.

The logistics of moving thousands of boxes of widgets, each weighing 150lbs, to be stored in an industrial complex would involve a lot of people.

Doing so when those boxes are distributed around the country and in such a fashion that it’s not visible to prying eyes would involve an order of magnitude more people, all committed to the purpose of secrecy for these widgets.

Ok now it’s corpses of people protesting the government. Someone who thinks Iran did this atrocity and was able to cover it up so well PLEASE EXPLAIN IT TO ME. I have some formal logistics training but I could be proven wrong.

There is literally no reason to believe anyone about this shit when we have the mountain of evidence of what’s happening in Gaza despite the Pissraeli/Amerikkkan censorship campaign. Same for the Uyghur “genocide” that has yet to produce a single shred of evidence (Jordan Peterson’s forced milking video notwithstanding).

I hate how these people can make up whatever number they want, without any effect on their perceived credibility, and we have to know every nuance about everything to get taken seriously.
