A human-like alien woman named Kamala who is an empathic metamorph, meaning she can read the unconscious desires and preferences of her mate to be their ideal partner emotionally, intellectually, and sexually. She’s at the stage in her life where she’s reaching full sexual maturity (about 27, given the actress’ age) and producing huge amounts of pheremones. She had to be brought out of stasis early, and while Riker is taking her to quarters, she begins to imprint on him and tries to seduce him. That GIF is from about 5 seconds after he rejected her while looking like it physically hurt to say no.
The episode is an ethical dilemma episode about arranged marriage as diplomacy.
Oh I mean he’s definitely gonna head to the holodeck to jerk it, but he probably just uses a stock character. He seems in too much of a rush to feed a real person’s data into the computer and tweak the settings and everything. As we saw with Janeway and her Irish caricature guy, tweaking the settings is a long process.
None of that matters though, it’s very clear what the narrative is implying.

Heh unsure if people ever watch Drawn Together but looks awfully like how they make the pickachu analog say nipple… Though sounds more like neepul. But depending on accent fairly close.
I have a wide range of tv entertainment I enjoy from thought provoking to Star Trek Next Generation Season 1 to well robot chicken and the like. To be fair I’ve had good laughs and enjoyment in what fits in each types regardless of show. Nothing beats a good skant outfit mind you.
