  • If you've ever watched cinema sins (or related videos), hahaha hahahaha...haha (no offense meant but it did make me do that laugh in my head is all)

Mean I wish it would but programmers aren't going to be more memory efficient due to hardware prices unfortunately.

The laugh was in good nature, not laughing at you but the concept of a company being efficient for hardware costs, mean technically I guess games were otherwise we'd wait a half hour for a render but for the most part as long as it works without that half hour render it's probably fine with settings adjustments.

They'll just make things with current specs in mind for longer...well once they realize people can't afford better hardware.

  • Had to check in Simpsons it's called Funzo S11E9, it's not as Christmasy as other ones are for sure. I bet you and your friend still tried to play the game that'd have been an adventure for then. I tried to play a Gundam MMO once but it was only in Japanese, so was awkward and didn't last long but hard to resist a try.

  • Simpson did the burning of them for one holiday episode. Though may have been later than the furby was around but I barely notice season numbers anymore except to notice if after say 12 when the ones my old self sees as better. Also we have all the holiday ones (well many animated series, separate one for live action sitcoms) in a bag to pull out during Xmas season to watch a themed one, so just pull find it and hit play, no thinking during these holidays.... similar for Halloween month.

  • The case connections are always the worst for me, mean maybe there's some standard and if you're not old you can read the tiny print on the board....but I always end up following the manual to be sure. Especially the cases with the single + or - for the device ugh out of all things that aren't standardized why is it the damn case connections?

Actually out of my decades of doing computers that's the part that makes me wonder if the computer will turn on when I press the button first level alone the HDD activity light going properly. I couldn't care less about that but I did like watching it to know my computer was doing something in the 90s.

  • USB cable goes into the USB hole (doesn't work turn it around).....USB cable goes into the USB hole (still doesn't want to work you just didn't want to fiddle enough the first time).....while I'm quite proficient at building computers (haven't bought an off the shelf one in a few decades) saying it looks like it goes where it says it does doesn't always work for beginners. Also the colours were for the end user not the builder, green being the speaker output? Not the sound card installation.

Sorry for spoiling the joke but that's gotta be what this comic was meant for. There's no coloured indicators on the inside are there? Maybe I overlooked them cause I just know where they go, cause I never wanted to fry a new board.

But I thought this was a slot for X?

  • Lol that's pretty much what i figured as a calculation. Not that I ever have many guests but do a guess then add a case/flat .... Mean if was my beer I'd drink it time and not have less just in case.... More guests would require the cheap beer as a backup for sure.

  • Can't help but do that whenever that song plays. Mean I also enjoyed the song tons in the 90s, rarely watched SNL but always love Night at the Roxbury. Actually think I watched the movie before knowing the skit beyond maybe one or two bits. Doing that skit with Jim Carrey must have been awesome...well doing any skit with him would have been fun I imagine.

    Also....I broke the window again.

  • Heh so many ways to deflect when you're involved than saying oh there's too much focus on this pedophile. Like maybe we had lunch, dinner? Hung out once or twice...no no, just too much focus on the pedophile I hung out.

  • At a first thought, I'm not even sure it was YouTube but probably, Charlie the Unicorn. I've been online too long to remember old YouTube favourites specifically heh. Hell if papa Smurf lick my ass is on YouTube that could beat it unsure of exact years I watched them first well Charlie was 07-08ish if that's where it was from.

Memory unlocked for Foamy the squirrel but that wasn't YouTube specifically hah Neuroticaly Yours was the series name, it rocked. Probably shouldn't re-watch but it fit well mid / latish 2000s.

  • Some reason? Oh nothing like a country trying to swallow up neighbors like they're playing a Paradox game.

Yeah nothing to see there, just move on until they knock on your door and of course saying no will make the army turn back. I'm sure that worked well for Ukraine...right?

  • What an appropriate username for a discussion of animals. Awesome.

  • There's an early Robot Chicken bit where he dies and asks silly questions to a book that can give him an answer like how many times did I listen to this song, or how much of a wall could my poop make. This question sounds like an interesting one to ask that book though. Actually I'd probably prefer not to know the chaotic randomness that is our lives but guess the lives part would be redundant at that point anyways.

  • I watched Mary Poppins so much growing up in the 80s my parents almost actually bought it. Guess they figured 40 rentals was cheaper. He's always the chimney sweep guy to me but he's always great wherever he is.

  • I'd watch that movie.

  • Then things that weren't acceptable by people who can't think of priorities in a large system would be left aside. The point of voting in representatives is you vote in people who can have a better idea of what is needed in various areas.

Mean that's not always the case but way better than Joe Blow deciding all his taxes go to the military rather than education.

Mean I see the appeal but that voting has to come from informed voters with proper reasoning skills. Since we're in an age of propoganda nothing essential would ever be funded, people are too easily swayed.

  • My editor's font/ligeratue changes the != To that symbol when programming. Unfortunately I have to use visual basic usually and type out Not most of the tiime but works well with C#.

Probably not a big increase in readability but I like it. Damn hate all the words needed in VB.net but oh well, could not be programming for work which would be worse and least still know .net libraries.

  • Okay they use Michael Jackson, I know his history but even McAuley Culkin didn't point him out, like come on at this point you'd think he would have by now if was true. And you also would assume Jackson would have tried something if that was his deal. Maybe I'm sympathetic to Jackson, I do hope none of it's true of course. But Culkin stayed there and not one bit from him. (Yes I know how that can work don't try and learn me thank you, I try and take all things as needed as experienced). Just for some reason (okay after watching him game on a YouTube with semi popular at best rating) thought Culkin was more honest with things. Plus we always watch home alone so that does skew my per perception but I still think modern day seems like an honest one. As much as my perception sucks of people and I get taken in by scams, learned and all from previous.

For the most part me not wanting it to be true is cause how Jackson's family was, they wanted to be big stars I think and they really put it on Michael. Or maybe I'm a slave of the 80s. Either or I like to think better of Michael but any real evidence will make me change my mind. But not any so far but perhaps missed something.

  • Wasn't a line,Daddy has a credit card? Or similar, not sure I quite caught how our of character that was for anyone remotely typical for Japanese culture.

One of my favourite movies of all time, it's so beautiful from visuals to the story of a kid learning to accept change.

  • I never knew the difference till I just googled it, does sound familiar from way back when. I seem to recall having an email button in one of them or just fuzzy memory these days.
