Another reason is because we don’t really have social media. The position runs on a 6-month contract, but the agent told me that, so long as I do the job well enough, extension to a permanent, long-term role is pretty much a guarantee.
He said that he wants to do some interview prep with me so that there’s a “high chance” I get the position.
As usual, I have no expectations, but I’ll be hoping anyway… and still applying to 79651849156 other jobs a day while I’m at it.
