Had to quit caffeine because of digestive issues. Every once in a while I try it again, with predictable results. It’s hard to live without caffeine …

There are other supplements and nuts and fruits too. The key issue is that the overlords have succeeded into making us think that “productivity” is everything and made coffee just about as ‘natural’ to drink as water.

Nah, my issues go far beyond “productivity”, and I already had them long before I started consuming caffeine.

Other “supplements” or foods don’t work nearly as well for me, have even worse side effects, or are literally just caffeine and people don’t understand the difference between coffee and caffeine.

Replace 6pm with 1:30 AM and that’s me. I used to be able to drink caffeine any time of day but now if I have any after 9am, I’m screwed.
