Something isn’t adding up here. Who’s lying? Is Sheinbaum pretending to be ignorant of her country’s dealings with the CIA and cartels? Is the Mexican deep state so fractured or corrupt that they are unofficial CIA task forces not authorized by the civil Mexican government? Is the reporting incorrect and no Mexican officials were present?
