his dad stole a bunch of money from people and went “bankrupt” then his large adult son, Dan, made some shady investments that made him extremely rich overnight, to the tune of about how much money his father stole.
then he started being an e-celeb investment guy.
but my favorite accomplishment of Dan’s was giving 5 million to antoine fuqua in exchange for being in The Equalizer movie. his part is about 10 seconds, no lines, never really get a good look at him either, so its hard to even tell. and then denzel washington stabs him in the neck with a tree pruner in the dark and he dies, still can’t see his face very well there either. its the kind of thing you could rewind over and over and people would say, “i dunno, is that really him” it’s such a shitty part that he paid MILLIONS to get.

100%. i am not sure how i even learned anything about this bozo. i think it was some kind of “check out this idiot” video, and the only reason it caught my attention was because it referenced The Equalizer, which is my favorite kind of slop movie. having watched it an embarassing number of times, i was like, “he was in that?”. definitely hadn’t even seen his name/face since i learned about him. funny that he’s #1 on any list, but if i had to lay odds my guess is he’s a true antisemite and not a maligned antizionist.
