These are the people that are gonna stand up for trans rights

Best way to punish RFK, sorry I mean JKR is for some LGBTQ+ people to shoot videos telling how HP helped them to come out of hiding and reveal their true self to the world. They can go onto to say things like HP has given them the courage to fight for this cause and in some cases, thanks to this courage, they ended up working in institutes that sets policies regarding LGBTQ+ rights.
They’re just making up a person, right?
Best way to punish […] JKR
shoot videos
this person has zero imagination.
I like the shoot part, I do not like the videos part
Libs don’t know real people so they have to make up people
People can go and write fanfiction for free but just choose to do it in random comment sections for no reason, many such cases
idk some people really like polyjucie potion. the disney adult mentality doesn’t know demographics.
Polyjuice is up there with love potions to me. You’re directly taking advantage of someone else without their consent by literally taking their body.
If it’s consenting partners body swapping or whatever for kicks, sure, but it’s mostly used to lie to people.
They don’t care about trans people they care about seeming woke
God it’s one mediocre, highly derivative YA fantasy series! There’s dozens upon dozens of those out there, if you’re really deadset on not moving on to books for grown ups just pick one of those.
Clicked on the link and the air started shimmering with the sheer intensity of hitler particles
I started reading the HP books when I was in elementary school, by the time book 6 or 7 came out I had read most of Tolkien (this isn’t glazing Tolkien, honestly believe LoTR is only as big as it is bc it was the first), and a bunch of other more modern fantasy books. I did not continue to read HP because it wasn’t particularly good compared to what I was now reading.
A lot of these people love to claim that these books “grew up” with them, but I would argue that the truth is they didn’t really grow up. They read a series of books that were heavily marketed to them and never actually branched out, and it shows.
Pretty much my experience.
I did finish the last book, but it was truly dreadful and in dire need of an editor iirc
I’ve given up and just go, “Oh, you like Harry Potter? You should read Wee Free Men by Terry Pratchett!”
A lot of the Tiffany Aching books feel like they were written as a direct response to Harry Potter mania. I don’t tell them that though. I don’t expect very much reading comprehension from HP fans.
