I do this but no jam. Also I do a PB and banana burrito by wrapping the banana in a peanut butter coated tortilla.

Good flavour composition. Way too glycemic.
I would get rid of the bun and just spread it on the banana itself, which could be okay and very slightly be a less sugar bomb.
