If you give it a shot make sure you use an ssh key, it doesn’t like passwords.

Like arsecroft says, virt manager has this ability built into the application itself. You add another session to the ui and choose ssh. No X forwarding needed, no gui needed on the server at all, don’t need the virt manager app on the server just the client. Cockpit also works as a web based ui.

You can use virt-manager over ssh, and you only need libvirt installed so probably already good if it’s a vm host. It works better for me than a full gui over vnc.

FWIW this website is always like this, every article I’ve read from latest feels like it came from the MS PR desk.

It probably depends on your BT adapter but I use Bluetooth audio daily for teams on Fedora. No idea about Samsung in particular, don’t own anything from them. Sony, Fiio, Shoks all work fine on my end.

Do you have any other audio devices? Bluetooth headphones or speakers might be a good thing to test with.

I use Fedora and Teams for work. The official teams app for Linux was deprecated, MS recommends using a browser and/or the PWA. I use Google Chrome for my MS apps because it seems to work a little better. I have the standard workstation version of Fedora 44 installed, not KDE, but I actually use Sway for my WM instead of GNOME, I just have it available for a backup. I do not have audio issues like this. I recommend you clear all the MS cookies and double check the browser audio access settings for teams, usually available from a button on the left side of the address bar. The volume bar being grayed out is a sign that the teams web app isn’t able to see an audio device.

That’s exactly what I’ve been asking for. I like the gog model of no DRM, but being able to play on my OS of choice is more important to me, so I usually buy from steam. I know most gog games can run on Linux with manual setup, but most of the time I’m in the mood for gaming I don’t want to troubleshoot, I most likely did that all day at work already. The game is the unwind from all that. When this lands I will use it to buy a new game from them, if not just for testing purposes.

I can read the article linked and the subscribe button isn’t until after the first few paragraphs and you can just scroll right past it.

I also hate that the new norm is to demand personal info and subscriptions to everything on the web, it’s just not what I’m being presented with on THIS site.

Maybe the site is better with an ad blocker.
