Super exhausted now. Some of the failed (red) tasks were crucial and are really going to bite me in the arse, and I didn’t even get half a day for a relaxing walk or something. 0 income generated, 0 rest, just catching up at least 80 % on general life stuff. Had to skip all work-out, too (usually 3x per week).

I found that sometimes it’s best to not add extra tasks that linger beyond the allotted timeframe. E.g. deliberately having a mode where you are completely done with your tasks is important to me. I don’t know if all of your todos were essential for that week. But i‘d try not filling my schedule to the brim if possible. With the deliberate goal of having time left. Otherwise you will always have residual open tasks and this is something that makes me feel down, independent of the things that I actually achieved that week.

I think you did great. I don’t think there’s much point beating yourself up about this, that’s a while bunch more ticks than crosses. If anything, I might suggest that you didn’t do enough for your own personal well-being but… Life does that.

Seriously, I know you’re annoyed about this, but congratulations on getting as much done as you did, it’s genuinely an achievement.

Thanks! I realise just now how utterly hopeless it would have been without meds to get things done. Never stood a chance back then. Back in the day, I would have tried to wing it without list, and thought like: “Nice, all week off. Just these two letters and the email and the obvious stuff.”

Then I would have procrastinated on that, and all the forgotten extra things would have hit me randomly like a micro adrenaline shocks.

That looks like more work than I do in a year. If that’s your “week off”, I don’t wanna see a “normal” week of yours.
