Did being polite to the Americans help the Iranian government? Did Delcy Rodriguez grovelling stop the US from hijacking tankers, interfere in venezuela politics etc?

Or with regards to us politicians, who does Trump respect more his followers or people who tell him to fuck off?

Honestly seeing people stand up for being a Trump lickspittle is just sad.

Yes it did stop those things? The US has allowed Venezuela to sell oil again, has recognized the PSUV as the ruling party and stopped backing the opposition and publicly admitted they have no support in Venezuela, has allowed Venezuela to fund the legal defense of Maduro and his wife, and is unblocking the 5 billion frozen by the IMF.

Why do people here insist on having terrible opinions about things they have clearly never looked into? Where did all the Marxists go?

Hey thats cute. So your contention is that the US has not seized any tankers or makes any direct demands of control over aspects of the Venezuelan economy since Maduro was toppled? Because thats wrong.

There hasn’t been any tankers seized since February and Venezuela is once again making money from their oil which they were not able to do before they reached a deal with the US. You are months behind on what is going on, welcome back to the present
