I’d like to take this opportunity to point out that the RDDT stock price has dropped 40% in the last month, and it’s not surprising. That site is a sinking ship.

/r/conservative and /r/conspiracy are still open… What a fucking shit-ass website. I don’t get why they don’t just # rm -rf the whole fucking thing already.

Clearly they’re pissed that people are still using the site. They’ve made efforts to stop it by making shit redesigns, releasing a shitty app, user profiles, shutting off the API and trying to force people to use their shit app.

They must be seething that people are still using it and they’ve found a new way to try to get people to stop. Of course, they could shut the site down, but these are execs we’re talking about - their forté is ignoring every elephant in the room and then creating “solutions” that completely miss the problem.

I just got perms banned for liking a video of a nerf gun. I’ve been there almost since day one of Reddit and now I’m not allowed to be there anymore. For nothing.

Freedom is a pure idea. It occurs spontaneously and without instruction. Random acts of insurrections are occurring constantly throughout the galaxy…the frontier of the rebellion is everywhere. got banned for telling a trump supporter to go fuck himself after he joked about the 51st state among other things, im canadian. also i upvoted luigi content and got permanently banned. not just one email, but all connected emails as well.

Yeah, I got a 7-day ban for ‘encouraging violence’, when all I said was that Luigi didn’t deserve to go to jail for what he did. I appealed, my account was restored, but not before being (as of now, I literally just noticed this) permanently-banned for ‘multiple, repeated violations of Reddit’s Content Policy on your other account(s).’ I have had only one account on Reddit for 14 years, I don’t even make throwaways, so it seems like they’re really scraping for excuses. What’s hilarious is that my account was reinstated 3 hours ago from the appeal for teh temp-ban, but the perma-ban came 11 hours ago, so they perma-banned me then lifted the temp-ban. Thanks, guys. :P I’m going to appeal it just to see what their response is, but fuck 'em.

Reddit says they care about freedom of speech and liberal views. I realized a long time ago that their view of liberalism is to allow people who follow their narrative and ban people who don’t.

I still think shadow-banning and manipulation of the front-page is worse to be honest.
