I mean, these specific laws and regulations aren’t a case where both-sidesism is a distraction. Both sides have put authored, advanced and passed legislation curtailing the rights of the disabled because they “receive” slightly more Medicare money that their insurance pays to hospitals than standard Statesian health insurance, thus proving the disabled in statesia have neither need nor desire for material goods or services offered through a traditional economy.
Democrats are not the other side, they’re the same side lite. Leftists would be the actual other side.

Illegals can’t receive welfare or food stamps or anything like that. You need a social security number, or at least proof that you’ve applied for one. People with temporary legal status receive a temporary SSN, so if they overstay their work visa and become illegal, they also lose that SSN.
Your manager could easily google these things, and the fact that he confidently spouts bullshit without even bothering to ask AI to verify first says a lot about him both as a manager and as a human being.

I was just at the post office, huge post office in a major metro that’s always been very busy. It now has only one of three buildings open, half the lights off inside it and one clerk at the counter. The line is always out the door. Meanwhile several people in line, quite obviously Republicans (old, white, obnoxious/noisy), are bitching and moaning about how shit the post office is.
