          those big pillows (ig they’re called bed rest pillows? according to five seconds of searching) with the lil arms help a lot but it’s just not a very cozy position (particularly after a few hours)

      Chaise lounge chairs are the only way I can read a book for over 30 minutes without fucking up my neck and back. Even the cheap foldable ones are pretty comfy.
