I have a recurring nightmare since I’m a child (it’s been years since the last one tho) where I’m in a small white square room with just a door, a bed in one of the corners, a giant black rubber band going from one wall to another in the middle of the room and a humanoid creature, if that is not enough, stuff gets funky and keeps changing size, like getting super big, then super small while the creature keeps trying to run in my direction but the rubber band never let’s them get to me, and in the dream I keep focusing on random stuff like looking at the bed while it gets super big then super small, or on the creatures ear where the same happens, etc. It just freaks me out every time.

I never realize I’m dreaming, so every single dream I have feels real no matter how bonkers it might be.

On most days I either don’t dream or just don’t remember my dreams, but today I did and I dreamed I was in the front of a mirror with my face clean shaven and applying something to give my lips some shine and I felt euphoric in the dream
