For instance: the rampant criminality of Ronnie Raygun’s admin (most criminal in history, at least so far) and Iran/Contra? The October Surprise?
Watergate was not great. Neither were the findings of the Church Committee and what was learned in the Pentagon Papers. And the conservatives seem to have shown little restraint since.
Watergate was terrible and damning. Yes all this is worse, but Nixon should’ve been in prison for life or hanged for Watergate.
If only he had been properly prosecuted, maybe Republicans wouldn’t be getting away with so much shit now
Oh, you’ll find no argument here. I’m just saying that the conservatives seem to be telling on themselves and noting that they are not exactly wrong if they are saying that their more recent crimes are even worse than the very bad Watergate.
IMHO, Watergate probably should have had Nixon landing in prison. At least for several years.
Iran/Contra? Ronnie Raygun, Bush I, and definitely Ollie North should have been treated even more severely than what Nixon deserved. Again, IMHO.
All the stuff Donvict is doing? I’ve lost track of all the crimes he has committed, Jesus. And I am sure we won’t know the extent of all the crimes until much later, if ever.
