      Throw up a WWII machine gun tower, start popping SUV tires.

      For added profit, you could also sell replacement tires.

      There’s usually a public easement next to the road that is not technically part of the property. It probably is that big because of the curve in the road.

    Lots like that are poison for ROI because setback requirements make it impossible to build a reasonably sized house on them. An exception from the city is the best path but getting a guarantee of that before even buying the place seems tough.
