No, that’s coaster brakes, fixies are different.
Coaster brakes allow you to stop pedalling and still move forward woth your inertia. In fixies you can’t stop pedalling otherwise you would be braking.
The image is funny cuz if you are gonna add a hand-brake, makes way more sense to put it in the wheel axle instead of the pedal axle cuz you are still straining the chain.
Let me check, uhmm no, everyone must move in a 8 cilinder Hummer, cuz the market says so.
But you can choose where to live, the options are: a shitty house in urbansprawlhood only three hours away from work, a closet in a five-over-one that prices you out of eating, and a hovel in a shanty town Tiny HomeTM

In the Cars™ cinematic universe you can see catholic churches buildings and even the Popemobile itself being reveared, and I think is a missed opportunity they didn’t change the jesus cross for a cross wrench, tho that fits way more as replacement of the health-cross.
I can’t think of a cross-shaped car-torturing device
Massive train/metro station platforms with just a couple of benches and a small fraction of it covered. Most people have to wait in the rain / baking sun.
Buses / trains not running at night.
On-level pedestrian crossings of railroads with ridiculously loud “incoming train” bells
So, how do you like it?
It’s totally anti-homeless. It’s concrete, but looks like cushion
They are made of concrete, but looks like a cushion,
Otherwise it would have a panpervicon where the pond is, suspiciously ideal for naked-swimming
literally how can speeds be so low?
20 fucking years of me pulling my hair asking the same.
I took the Buenos Aires - Mar del Plata train, which is the fastest we still have, all new tracks and shit, and the average speed is 75 km/h
Brand new tracks.
A hundred years ago the same line had a special train for transporting fish that had a record of 120 km/h average speed.
Argie magic baybe
A friend of mine took that train cuz it’s dirty cheap, they hated it.
It has to be a bit but I wonder if the one doing it was the actually real interviewed guy or if this is completwly fabricated.
