Iran could not have been more clear that Israel attacking their ally’s capital city of Beirut would incur a costly response.

Israel has 0 intention of letting the US get out of this conflict, so of course they bombed civilian infrastructure in Beirut without so much as a warning issued, savage terrorists that the Israelis are.

Iran made good on their promise to defend their ally.

America continuing this bombing campaign has nothing to do with defense, and everything to do with the massive amount of Kompromat Israel has collected on US politicians. It’s no coincidence that a few days prior to this US intelligence agencies were sounding the alarm about the pervasive amount of spying Israel is doing inside the pentagon and the White House.

WTF is this liberalism? While they may use blackmail material somewhat to get their way the real reason is because it is in the US interest to defend and protect its zionist colonial outpost. We all know about Trump, the blackmail against him is worthless. He’s shown it doesn’t matter and Republican hogs will continue supporting and defending him by and large. The US isn’t some helpless place. They allowed the zionist entity to steal nuclear material and covered it up rather than attacking and stopping them in the 60s. They allowed the USS Liberty to be bombed by them and covered it up. They have been funding the zionist genocidal entity for literally decades thanks to Evangelical Christians and the interests of empire. Back when Epstein was a nobody the US funded, supported, armed, and protected the zionist entity.

I think Trump is susceptible to blackmail due to his feeble mindedness, not out of necessity.

You’re absolutely right about the why of America supporting their special ally. Of particular note: the Israeli national who purportedly stole the nuclear secrets was none other than Zalman Shapiro, Ben Shapiro’s uncle. The now declassified incident was referred to as the Apollo Affair.

I don’t think any US politician is susceptible to blackmail. What would Isreal possibly have on any of them? They do corrupt insider trading or shady business deals? They abuse children? They have secret offshore accounts? They have Nazi ties? All this and so much more describes basically every US politician. Everyone knows it already and nothing ever happens.

We’re so far beyond any US politician being blackmailed. At this point they’re doing all this genocide for the love of the game.

My take is it’s mostly about the US maintaining the petrodollar’s hold on the world’s economies, and the usefulness of Israel in that region is just part of that
