That sounds like a real problem. Do you have some kind of food allergy or intolerance?
No, I think it’s just shitty diet leading to constipation which is difficult to pass. I’ve had spells where everything is more regular and there’s no pain or blood or anything
Pretty sure some GI issues like Crones can have flare ups and quite spells.
