Luring girls to film yourselves gang raping them is not some childhood mistake.

The UK, where you can rape children to your heart’s content but if you use the wrong bathroom you’ll be hanged.

the first 15-year-old had been diagnosed with ADHD as well as anxiety, the second 15-year-old had an IQ in the “bottom 1% of his contemporaries” and had also been diagnosed with ADHD

A lot of people have ADHD and don’t lure and rape girls. This occurred with twice with two victims. Premeditated. They entered a not-guilty plea.

I believe prison could have very negative effects on these boys, but this does seem too lenient.

ADHD could have some bearing, if it was something quick and impulsive. Premeditation makes it even more damning however.

Either way, it’s not an excuse, just a factor to account for in corpus mentis decisions.

It’s disgusting. This has the potential to impact her entire life.

The boys? Well that’s it. It will quickly fade from memory.

I originally typed in a third sentence… It’s a very possible they’ll actually gloat about it too their friends. But it just made me sick to think about.

Which on the back of the whole “child safety act” again I know that’s not about protecting children as much as pushing forward the police state. But when giving a chance to actually protect a child who was raped…
