A lot of us autists like highly detailed, explicit descriptions, etc. I’m no exception.
When I’m describing something, you better believe I’m going to explicitly declare “minor” details!
Although what I’m curious about now is… Why this drive for details? Why do a lot of us do this?
I suppose this is analogous to asking “Why does the universe exist?” or “Why do we register colors, and why in that specific order?”
It’s one of those philosophical questions targeting the “foundational nature” of things. But hey, I kinda want to know what the answer is! Or atleast have a better understanding of myself.
Because you can’t make an informed decision if you don’t know as much about the subject as possible. The clearer the picture, the more you can account for.
It’s just good science
They’re like the fossils waiting to be discovered in a rock. They’re the best part!
Colour order is determined through the natural way colours line up in the rainbow, dictated by wavelength of light. If we were able to see into the infrared or ultraviolet spectrum, there would be more colours.
