I did E1 last week and tonight I will do E2. I really enjoyed E1 and was impressed by how much story was in a 30 minute episode!

I a did E2 last week and will do E3 tonight. This show is great.
A while back I started watching the UK show, Misfits. I got through the first two episodes then promptly forgot the name. I discovered it again and am most of the way through the second season. Very interesting take on super powers.
My wife and I started watching Shameless UK this week too. We had watched the US version without knowing it was originally from the UK.
Misfits was one of my favorites when it came out.
Misfits, Shameless, Skins, The Inbetweeners, Being Human — what a golden age of British television
I just got into season 3 of misfits, and I think I am done. I cannot stand Rudy.
I watched Being Human years ago, great show. I do not think I have seen Skins (will check that out), and one day I will watch The Inbetweeners.
Agreed, when Nate leaves the quality goes down.
Skins is excellent, like what if Euphoria was good, and you’ll see a ton of very famous actors before they got famous.
Watched the first episode of Skins and part of the second. Was surprised to see Nux.

I just got into season 3 of misfits, and I think I am done. I cannot stand Rudy.
He is a bit different to Nathan as the lead comedic character, but I’d encourage you to keep going into Season 4 to see if he warms on you (I appreciate that’s a lot of viewing time if you’re really not enjoying it). Back in the day a lot of fans were very upset by Nathan’s departure and hated Rudy at first, but he did grow on a lot of people and became one of my favourite characters by the end. I hope you don’t consider this major spoilers, but in Season 4 there is a new character introduced who has extremely funny interplay with Rudy (I guess in a similar way to Nathan and Simon). The last couple of seasons are very enjoyable because of those two.
Finished up Neighbors, a docuseries on neighbors having spats. Absolutely worth a watch! So well done, the twists are great, and I was invested the entire way through.
Just finished Something Very Bad Is Going To Happen. It was a fun little horror-lite watch. I really liked the cast, it’s kind of goofy, but it probably stretches out the story a little too long.
We watched that between season 1 and 2 of The Wire (rewatch). Which, I mean … The Wire. So good. Will probably lead to a Deadwood rewatch soon.
Someone recommended FROM to me yesterday, so maybe I’ll check that out this weekend.
I just started watching From (5 eps in). The mystery is really interesting. The acting is not great. The child acting is spectacularly bad.
Boyd, Victor, and Donna are the best acted characters. Victor especially has a great arc.
Those 3 got me through even the worst episodes
Decided to spice up my midweek with a Heated Rivalry rewatch. Check it out, if you still haven’t watched it 😊
I’ve been watching Full Swing S3 on Netflix, and just started the first episode of S4.
Yes, most of the golfers depicted are obnoxious asses who live a life of wealth and are a bit out of touch with the average jane & joe. I don’t think I’d want to have a coffee or a beer with most of them.
I still find the show fascinating for the same reasons that I find the F1: drive to survive and Break point series fascinating, and for the same reason I enjoy shows that depict how products are manufactured.
I like seeing stuff that doesn’t get aired during a tournament on tv. I like seeing stuff that isn’t just social media soundbites.
finished fallout season 2. should pretty much catch up to everything out on boys and invincible this week although im looking at apigee videos.
Started Hacks recently, which is handy since the final series is airing between this and next month. It’s a great satire of boomer vs zoomer dynamics through the relationship of an older comic and a younger writer, and one of the rare american TV shows that’s managed to do only as many seasons as they planned from the beginning and then quit before it’s no longer fresh.
I’m going to try Kevin tonight:

EDIT: I got half-way through the first episode of Kevin. It was good enough, until Kevin left the apartment. I expect the premise of the show is Kevin in the shelter, but that’s where the episode started going down hill. So, I turned it off.
I caught up with The Boys last night.
Still rewatching Californication and Magic City, which I realized last night are probably not in line with current sensibilities (especially Californication), but I still enjoy them.
From keeps showing up in front of me, I might try it. Probably won’t like it though. Maybe it will surprise me.
I have season 2 of Fallout on deck, I’ll keep it for the summer when I have nothing to watch, because I know I’ll like it.
