    I love 9 hours of sleep every night. 8 is not enough!

    I just got a sleep apnea diagnosis so I’m really hoping that I’ll actually feel rested once I get the machine. I can’t imagine how much of a different it would make to everything.

    My wife has narcolepsy and this is her life. No falling asleep randomly, that’s mostly Hollywood. But she’s never had a decent night’s sleep in her life. Physically incapable.
