  • What was your life like in 2008?

  • I believe I was with my husband then. Depends on time of year. I was with him, but not living with him until like February of that year. Cause December 07 is the anniversary things. So 20 years soon.

    I was working then which was nice. Wish I could again.

  • I liked the Blockbuster growing up. It was such a weird location though, this tiny triangle lot. Mother hated getting out of the lot so we didn't go often.

    We had an independent movie store here until about a decade ago which surprised people even back then. It was also nice.

  • Real fucking bad lately! I'm still sick, mother was recently diagnosed with an incurable disease, and everything in the universe is going to shit! The cat is healthy at least but I just want to curl into a fucking ball and explode so hard it resets everything a few thousand years.

  • Love a good hot bath! The cat also loves a good hot bath. She loves trying to grab my hand from the water with no care to her paws at all.

  • Aaah, Seti at home! I remember this when it first appeared and I was running it on a crt monitor! It was fun to just watch it go.

  • The delivery sells it entirely. He's like the guy coming in to talk about drugs with a baseball cap and sitting backwards in the chair, but it's about cops and molotovs instead.

  • It's miserable. It was such a good store, Michael's doesn't compare for fabric yet. Hoping they get as much fabric as they've been sending me emails, might get a lot then lol

  • My father had us driving when we were little by putting us on his lap and 'driving' with the wheel while he controlled the speed (we did this in empty parking lots). It was comforting.

    Mother was the type to grab the ceiling handles or try and smash the breaks on the passenger side.

  • The New Horizons update came early so I was fixing up some hotel rooms! And delighting in being able to craft from my storage and being able to craft multiple items at once and being able to get resetti to remove swaths of flowers for me. I might have accidentally had the entire island be flowers.

  • I went to the Franklin Institute! It was still cool! I somehow do not remember the huge train despite it being there since like the 1930s! I did remember the walk through heart! Still there! Still cool! Too fat to fit though!

    Lots of kids but I survived. Kids are more tolerable when at locations meant for kids!
