Vienna was one of main dens of socialchauvinism ever since WW1, succdems love to cite it as example of successful socialdemocracy when in reality it was only successful in countering communists and sucking up to nazis and neonazis (which tbf is a purpose of socialdemocracy, so you can say it really was successful)
