I don’t think I am understanding the whole thing. Your title of post says you got banned for screen name honoring dead friend. But then in your summary you said you got banned “for no reason.”
Did they they tell you it was for your screen name?
The modlog says it was for “ban evasion, trolling.” @secretlyaddictedtolinux@lemmy.world was banned from there a month ago for “Civility, blindly defending a violent murderer because of their race/religion/sexuality/gender.” The username certainly makes it look like ban evasion

I am not that person and was unfairly banned for no reason!
we need to do better as a society. a boring dystopia indeed. i also do not know how to determine who banned me, but some sort of mod did it, and they suck
