I love the look of that picture, not gonna lie. It oozes the style of something from late 80s/early 90s. Is it from a game manual?
Uncheck the box for “print header and footer”?
Also maybe select the correct paper format. If the footer doesn’t fit. It may be set to A4 in the browser/driver but the printer has Letter size paper, which is 18mm shorter.
