Like and Subscribe. I don’t like when YouTubers say that, especially at the beginning of a video.

For me it’s “I will see you in the next video” especially when they give a day (“on Thursday”) assuming I what the video the minute it’s uploaded and not a year later. Also, you never saw me and most likely never will. That’s not how videos work. I see the content creator but they don’t see me. Get your facts right.

Ugh, same. Really any memespeak, even if it’s far older than the internet. Growing up every social group seemed to have a child who would endlessly quote movies. Somehow this is worse.

The most unpleasant may be “Imagine…” followed by some convoluted story. It always feels like an attempt to slightly disguise bullying. Even when it’s directed at a detestable public figure, and it feels like a useful rhetorical construct.

the phrase “rustles my jimmies” really, well, gets under my skin

    burns my biscuits

    ruffles my feathers

    grinds my gears

    bruises my tomato

    pisses in my lemonade

    rains on my parade

    gets my hackles up

gets my garters in a twist

I get unreasonably annoyed at “Well yes and no.”

It’s never yes and no. Just answer the question.

Not really a phrase, but I also really hate this current trend of ending a sentence in a question mark to try and add that rising inflection that is already obnoxious enough in-person. I just don’t like it?

    “Spin up”

Commonly heard in IT circles; “Let’s spin up a meeting”.

There are literally dozens of less stupid words you could use.
