"Musk refers to his offspring as a “legion,” a reference to the ancient military units that could contain thousands of soldiers and were key to extending the reach of the Roman Empire.
During St. Clair’s pregnancy, Musk suggested that they bring in other women to have even more of their children faster. “To reach legion-level before the apocalypse,” he said to St. Clair in a text message viewed by The Wall Street Journal, “we will need to use surrogates.”
While Musk was in Pennsylvania canvassing for Trump before the election, Musk sent a series of texts about the urgency of winning the state to St. Clair. “In all of history, there has never been a competitive army composed of women. Not even once,” he wrote. “Men are made for war. Real men, anyway.” He followed up with: “I am in full war mode. Going to the front lines today. Must win PA.”
While she was pregnant, Musk had urged her to deliver the baby via caesarean section and told her he didn’t want the child to be circumcised. (Musk has posted on X that vaginal births limit brain size and that C-sections allow for larger brains.) St. Clair is Jewish and circumcisions are an important ritual in the religion, and she decided against a C-section. He told her she should have 10 babies, and they debated the child’s middle name.
Musk has said he is concerned about what he called Third World countries having higher birthrates than the U.S. and Europe, a person familiar with the conversation said.”
Yeah no fucking shit
Vegeta’s whole redemption would have been a lot faster by just playing Elon Musk clips and then informing him “THIS is what you sound like!”
Perhaps even Raditz could have been saved by this tactic.
A legion? Seriously? I’d laugh at the larp if they weren’t deadset on making it reality.
Controversial take: Vegeta never redeemed himself. He remained malicious until the manga ended, he was just incidentally on the side of defending earth for selfish reasons.
On a serious note redemption arcs in anime and comics are a joke. Mass murderers just walking free. “Paying their dues”. It makes sense when facing a more powerful enemy but it doesn’t end there
.
He’s got a more explicit redemption storyline in the Moro Arc of the Super manga where he acknowledged his hand in the genocide of the Namekians and is trying to make up for it by defending them from a new threat. But yeah I don’t think you can really be redeemed from multi-planet genocide.
Redemption at the very least involves acknowledgement of wrong and an effort to change, and vegeta did neither within the lifetime of the original manga.
Oh yeah for sure in the original manga he did nothing even close to redemption. He was an asshole pretty much until the very end of the manga until he admits that Kakarot is #1. But that’s just the very beginning of changing.
“Nappa, his Power level is concerning! I’m using ScouterX to look into it!”
The damage is done
