Would love to see this. Every time I’ve had the misfortune to take a family member to the ER, it’s disgusting how fast they roll that payment cart up to you and get in your face about insurance, etc.
Your ER has a payment cart?! Good lord. I’ve been to our local ER for my parents quite a few times over the last several years, and payment has never been brought up. Even if the visit was non-emergent. They just mail you a bill later on down the road.
