I want to look at the ingredients because I’m gonna bet it might contain cinnamon, but has absolutely ZERO pumpkin.
Kroger website wouldn’t work but the supposed ingredients are listed on instacart:
Milk, Cream, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Sugar, Egg Base (Egg Yolk, Sugar, Guar Gum, Carrageenan, Salt, Artificial Flavor), Salt, Spices, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Annatto (for Color)
So it has “spices” which may not even contain cinnamon! If it had actual cinnamon they’d probably list it. It’s funny how they say “pumpkin” on so many things but really just mean the flavor of pumpkin pie minus pumpkin.
They use the spices catch all to guard recipes and what have you. I wouldn’t doubt it being one of the spices in this case since it’s one of the key ingredients in pumpkin spice (cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and ginger).
