Putting a mini collar on a lizard to represent Spot was funny as fuck, definitely one of the better unintentional gags in TNG
Why unintentional?
I don’t think that they intended for it to be funny, but also I don’t really know much about the production of the episode so I can’t say for certain
Spider Barclay gave me nightmares as a little kid.
How about the exploding head from Conspiracy
For me, that episode was so goofy and weird that it didn’t bother me.
Spider Broccoli (🥦) was way scarier.
That and when LaForge went invisible and attacked a dude in the transporter room.
Also, when Troi got Romulaned and finally found the light switch… Nightmare fuel.
This is a guilty pleasure episode. Turn your brain off and watch a horny atavistic Worf trying to get it on with fish lady Troi…
Fine, but don’t be surprised if it doesn’t work out and turns your planet into a land of confusion
