I recommend the youtube channel ‘Grant Harting’, he promotes himself as ‘licensed pharmacist in 4 states’. He makes videos where he analyzes pills like this and sends them to a lab. He finds that most gas-station-pills that look like this contain Sildenafil/Viagra and are illegally manufactured. The videos are fun to watch.

I assume it originally started with (or trying to mimic the style of) actual dosages like on legitimate medicine, but just turned into a unitless one-upping game with the claim “anything higher is a kie.”
