I was baffled by the huge “Real Sugar” text at first - assuming it meant instead of diet. Like, surely the assumption would be be that unless it says “diet” then of course it contains sugar - it’s weird to make it such a prominent part of the branding.
I then realised that the US uses corn syrup in loads of stuff, and it probably means instead of that.
Yes. Most soda in the US is sweetened with High Fructose Corn Syrup.
It creates a market for imported “Mexican Coke”, which is sweetened with cane sugar. Some smaller brands also advertise themselves as using cane sugar.
I don’t think I’ve seen a brand with it quite as boldly stated as that, though.

Yeah, this is kinda funny. Doctor Doctor is definitely pricier and very likely better than Dr Pepper, and the label on the soda fountain basically says as much. You need to get some Dr. Thunder up in there to make the meme really work.
