Then maybe it should be “I’ll blow up the planet before showing you my list of friends”?
He’s not the one blowing up the planet. He’s just dead and buried.
We have Jeff’s list of friend - basically anybody who’s anybody and has any money.
What we don’t have is his list of customers. And of course the list of his accomplices. Although the number of times someone is mentioned in the files is a pretty good guess…
