It’ll start with serious congenital genetic disorders then work its way to more trivial uses and likely Into designer babies.
Why not? Real life is messy with side effects and such, but if that wasn’t a concern, hell yes.

Yeah, I’ve found there’s a lot of emotion and irrationality along people when it comes to the potential of extended lifespans, improved bodies, etc.
