  • @Object new would generally mean less popular right? I'm comparing it to lxqt in the practical lightness department since it seems to be a fancy wm and it might be more usable as a replacement than lxqt/de which is a pain for me to use. Is the keyboard aspect required?

  • @NightFantom But wasn't Pathfinder 1e which has 50% more content than 3e equally popular during 4e? Also wasn't simplicity the point of the old school renaissance movement with even simpler rules from the good old days which doesn't seem to be as popular as DnD or Pathfinder

Yeah. I'm not high level enough to fully know if it's good enough in ToEE but it seems only Color Spray is a good gnome illusion specialist spell I see and other spells like mirror image and invisibility don't need speccing

  • @NightFantom Maybe it is just the shadow spells then. Video game implementations don't exist for those spells and also even if they do means no creative solutions for those spells unfortunately. I guess illusion becoming mundane once you typify it into a concrete system inevitably makes illusion weaker, then. I also read the school tier list for illusion in this guide. https://rpgbot.net/dnd35/characters/classes/wizard

  • @SuckonmyPresence What would be missing since bards get essentially all the buffs and debuffs because they don't stack? And wouldn't being aoe'd or targeted also equally hurt other team comps?

  • @SuckonmyPresence I said a Bard + 3 martials exactly for the reasoning of the no stack buffs limit and hence moot caster stacking. Apparently, AI also let me find out about the debuffs which bards can also do as status and martials can do via environmental effect as circumstance.

  • @nokturne213 can I edit my post to show up on that site since I'm using mastodon

  • @Blumpkinhead idk. Just random unnecessary changes that's out there that make me think the modmakers were just randomly peeved players were allowed two rooms instead of one. Don't think that was a bug nor necessitate fixing. Can't really define it though and I barely remember the skyrim patch. I'm far from a purist and I don't think the random youtube video and blogs I watched who also think the same are purists also.

  • No Stupid Questions @lemmy.world

Do barbarians wearing heavy armor get penalties aside from fast movement (and initiative?) in DnD 3.5?

  • @kemotep @nostupidquestions I mean developing and hosting them is illegal and that's because devs and stores are the lowest common denominator effectively limiting and disincentiving people from using them which I think is the point of a law so I think my statement is still accurate.

  • No Stupid Questions @lemmy.world

Aren't these illegal in the US? What specific technologies does Samourai Wallet have for them to be imprisoned?

  • @muntedcrocodile does obtanium auto update like f-droid basic? I've never seen it notify an auto update.

  • No Stupid Questions @lemmy.world

How do I import Tubular data and subscriptions into Newpipe?

  • @reksas Sorry I didn't mean to be snarky or sarcastic. I just meant to add to the pile of evidence for future readers

  • "GitHub initially complied but later changed course. After consulting legal experts, including those at the EFF, it restored the youtube-dl repository. GitHub also launched a million-dollar defense fund to assist developers in similar disputes."

Why is Github protecting them? They removed bypass paywalls, no?

  • @MonkderVierte Another red herring changing goalpost. Where do you think both reside?

  • @MonkderVierte @MaximilianKohler Eating dirt and practicing poor sanitation increases your odds of contracting an infection and needing antibiotics.

So much commitment for just a hypothesis

  • @MonkderVierte @MaximilianKohler You should've read the rest of the page then like the first one xddDirt is contaminated by harmful heavy metals and other toxic pollutantsThe known beneficial microbes are the host-native ones that are passed down generationally via vaginal birth and breastfeeding. Microbes that you pick up from the environment are not the same and are more likely to be harmful.Antibiotics are one of the primary things you want to avoid if you're worried about your microbiome
