If we could have an actual majority vote without extra layers, vote tampering, and the spoiler effect, then I wouldn’t need to make assumptions about what other people want!
If most people actually want fascism, then sorry not sorry.
I dont think we should but it obviously would do more to stop climate change than anything else. So if they want a revolution to stop climate change it would look like the world declaring war on China. Plus it’d probably get rid of the US and EU in the process. Thats almost all of the worlds emissions gone in 1 revolution.
I see you mentioning solar in a comment below. Its a single digit % of the energy consumption it does not outweigh the emissions.
Your plan to stop climate change is to kill billions in a war that would likely go nuclear, against the country doing by far the most to mitigate the effects of climate change and transition to green energy at scale in the world? The war itself would be catastrophic for the environment.
Not my plan I dont consider climate change the biggest threat at the moment. Also china hasnt done anything to mitigate the effects. That would be the EU
China has worked enormously to make clean energy more affordable, has dramatically overhauled its energy production (and is continuing to do so), and is fighting desertification atvrapid speeds. The EU on the other hand may be internally more green by ratio, but per capita consumes far more than China. This is because the EU relies on exploiting the global south for its consumption due to imperialism, the actual net impact of the EU is negative. The actual climate gains have largely come from China.
Since China is making most of the world’s solar panels at an alarming rate, if the majority of people do want to die to climate change then we might have to invade China to make them stop making solar panels.

I dunno, I think most people are in favor of not dying to climate change
Why on earth do you think that? What behavior indicates this?
So world war against China?
What are you getting at, here? That world war against China would stop climate change? Or am I misreading you?

Agreed! Cheap solar from China and the closure of the strait of Hormuz is dramatically ramping up green energy production and decoupling from oil.
How do you think a revolution starts?
You accusing people of being internally inconsistent on their view on the our broken system huh. I think we’re all pretty far past caring about that.
