You would think at least some of their public infrastructure would be climate controlled. Tf you mean the HOSPITAL doesn’t have AC

it’s hasn’t been needed before. i doubt hospitals in russia have air conditioning either. we are entering a stage of collapse where climate realities of thousands of years are going out the window and many places in the world are not equipped to deal with things that don’t happen there, why would they be, which are absolutely going to start happening. millions of proletarians will suffer and die with literally 0 recourse agony-deep gun-hubris

And then there’s China, where AC units are cheap and electricity costs almost nothing, so even pig farmers install AC to keep their pigs cool. I saw a video about this, and most comments were along the lines of “wow, China treats their pigs better than the West treats their humans during a heatwave” yea

Human life is cheap in the Occident, where humans are treated worse than cattle. Indeed, the Occidental expects existence to be nasty, brutish, and short.

AC’s are a problem themselves since they make it hotter. Countries like the UK mostly developed in the last century and their infrastructure is built for a cold climate. China has so many different climate’s that they have to build things differently for different areas.

Even the Soviet Union had to do so. Commie blocks in hotter areas had poor insulation compared to commie blocks in forever cold regions.

There definitely are AC units in the hospitals. It would be absurd for there not to be. The article makes mention of them failing in the heat, along with various other infrastructure.

Yeah they’ve been talking about in the news that certain hospitals are having to have people round the clock cooling the generators and dousing water over the roof to stop it from heating up so much under the sun
