Loyal Citizens of Pyongyang in Seoul is a fantastic short (37:25) documentary centered around the interview of two citizens of the DPRK living in the south. A lot is said about the nature of anti-DPRK propaganda and the repression people face in the ROK. CWs for discussions of suicide and human trafficking.
My Brothers and Sisters in the North is feature-length (1:48:50) and very humanizing documentary about normal people living in the DPRK. It was shot by German director with Korean roots. Its been a long ass time since I last saw it but IIRC there wasn’t much of anything in terms of warnable content and while not pointedly political, it gets a little lib once or twice.
If you’d like a podcast about the earlier history of the DPRK then I highly recommend season 3 of Blowback. Really well researched and edited. There is a lot of discussion of war as well as massacres and sexual assault comes up a few times, so fair warning for those.
Like another poster mentioned, DPRK explained is GOATed and has been putting out bangers recently. I love their monthly roundup of events in the country.
